A dedicated proponent of handmade chocolate, the maestra chocolate maker Mariangela’s produces pralines, dragee (dried, candied fruit covered with chocolate), spreads, fondues, bars of rare chocolate, mousses, cakes and chilled desserts. Everything in the shop is made by hand using the finest ingredients. The recipes can be classic or more experimental: pralines with balsamic vinegar; with Alba truffles or with Barolo Chinato ganaches.




The kitchen is visible from the shop, so you can watch the chef at work. This is the ideal place to take a break during a walk around the city: enjoy a fine hot chocolate in the winter or a cool milkshake in the summer
